Grandma Cat (aka Nana Cat) is the grandmother of Huckle and Sally Cat, but it is never mentioned which side of Huckle and Sally's parents she has had. She lives in another town, and it requires a journey by plane to visit her. She is a skilled driver. She appears in Richard Scarry's Best Picture Dictionary Ever, Richard Scarry's What Do People Do All Day, Richard Scarry's Best ABC Video Ever, and Richard Scarry's Best Learning Songs Video Ever.
In The Busy World of Richard Scarry episode "The Best Christmas Present Ever," she babysits Huckle, Lowly, and Sally, while their parents leave for the Busytown Hospital to have a third baby (Babykins).
In Richard Scarry's Please and Thank You Book, she appears in the segment "Lowly Worm's Horrid Pests." When a "Grabby Pest" fox steals Little Sister's ice cream and makes her cry, Grandma Cat is about to get him with her umbrella.
