One of her children in named Betsy, which the Old Woman mistakes as Bonnie. Old Woman orders all of her little children to have some rest. Emperor Huckle is not one of her children, because he is a cat. He asks the Old Woman if she's seen Lowly. She hasn't. But she thinks that he's one of her children. Emperor Huckle don't think so, because Lowly is a worm. She tells him to go the town square and ask Wee Willie Winkie who knows where everybody is.
